How We Hire Writers

Every applicant is required to complete certain tests. The testing procedure begins with an online test that lasts 4 hours. Based on the Oxford University Press textbook, the test evaluates the applicant’s English language proficiency. Next the applicant must demonstrate knowledge of standard citation styles. Then, the applicant submits sample writings, which are assessed by the Evaluation Department for language, grammar, and writing style.

Once the applicant has successfully passed all assessments, he/she is invited to become a DoMyReview team member.
